THE PROBLEM
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the real-estate industry was thriving through traditional
marketing means. When quarantine was announced, sales were barely being made and income was
at an all time low due to clients unable to travel to locations where Boracay Newcoast
properties were being sold to have a tour around the location.
Real-estate agents were forced to adapt and learn Digital Marketing to cope during these
difficult times.
What we did to help
Megaworld Global Estate Inc./ Boracay Newcoast Senior Sales Director Anna Liza M. Catalasan partnered with us to create a digital solution where she can sell properties online and have prospect clients get a virtual tour of the different properties they have to offer.
Social Media Optimization and Chatbot
Part of the digital solution was optimizing Ms. Catalasan's Facebook page and adding a chatbot to answer frequently asked questions, give information about Boracay Newcoast's properties and direct them to the website.
